Adastra Ecological Services, Inc. (ADASTRA) is a minority and locally-owned disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) with headquarters in El Paso, Texas. We have been providing professional EHS consulting services in the USA and Mexico since 1992 under our former name of ECM Environmental Services, Inc.
Our mission statement is to provide practical and sustainable environmental solutions. We provide knowledge and support to our clients so they can have a better understanding of the EHS regulatory framework that is applicable to them.

Adastra is a recognized Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) entity. Our services include Phase I & Phase II ESA's, NEPA Assessments, Storm Water Permits, Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Sampling, EHS Training, EHS Audits and Environmental Permits.
Adastra has established professional relationships in Mexico with various companies in major cities to facilitate the execution of certain projects that require local support. Our main services in Mexico include EHS Audits, Phase I & II Assessments, Facility Closures, Environmental Sampling and Remediation, Environmental Permitting, Waste and Recyclable Materials Management, and ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and EICC audits and training.
We also provide spill management solutions, environmental remediation, cleanup, training and we sell spill kits and supplies.

We are more efficient
We understand the ASTM E1527 Standard (the current version).We have developed our own field checklist and a report QC tool to insure that our clients will receive a standardized quality report at all times. You will get a Phase I report you can trust. With the use of our standardized system, we can do it faster than most. Since we understand the Phase I ASTM Standard, we can accommodate to restrictions when conducting the assessments in Mexico or other countries. We do it more efficiently, but without deviations from the Standard.
For permitting projects, we make sure to include exactly what is applicable to your site. We study the permit requirements and prepare the application to reflect your site condition. We make the permitting process efficient and practical.
